How SASK Beerfest Works for Vendors

Joining SASK Beerfest is simple. Choose the cities you’d like to attend using the registration options below, and we’ll reserve your space at each selected event.

Every vendor receives either a 10' × 10' or 10' × 20' booth space, which you can customize to showcase your brand however you like. Hydro/electrical service is available as an add-on for vendors who require power.

During the festival, vendors provide product samples in exchange for attendee tasting tokens. Each token is valued at $1, and vendors keep 50% of all tickets collected during the event, making SASK Beerfest not just a marketing opportunity, but a revenue-positive activation as well.

We handle the crowd, the atmosphere, and the experience. You focus on pouring, promoting, and making the most of the festival.
